In the Beginning

“My sister and I discovered the Pink Plantation House a few years ago. It was the perfect setting for a restaurant. A spacious terrace, stunning gardens, breathtaking view and a cool hilltop breeze.
Now, infused with love, the bedrooms of the old house have been restored and brought back to life so that guests can enjoy a truly authentic Caribbean experience on this beautiful island of ours.

We can now invite guests to book a room, to stay and enjoy our vision.”

The Pleasure of Eating Out

We are being told that nothing will ever be the same again. We understand what they are trying to say, but really, can anything change the simple pleasures of combining the flavors of delicious foods with  the atmosphere of a unique dining venue.

OK, so right now it might not be possible to have a celebration dinner with 10+ guests around the table, but for families, small groups of friends and romantic couples, it doesn’t change a thing.

Pink Plantation is a study in authenticity. It’s food created from long established family recipes and secret ingredients. It’s rooms uniquely crafted by sustainably re-using discarded pieces of a bygone time, to create hand crafted decor.

You have to come and savor this creative experience for yourself. It’s unforgettable.

Savor Everything…

Come and enjoy either lunch or dinner in a Caribbean setting, high up above the Morne overlooking Saint Lucia’s capital, Castries and the Caribbean Sea or the twinkling lights of the city like so many diamonds after sundown.

Or spend a weekend and savor a completely refreshingly new experience in one of three uniquely styled rooms: Pineapple Pleasure, Coconut Rain and Vanilla Dawn.

“The best chefs school I ever went to was my Mother’s kitchen.”
